Ranch Snack Mix

There must be hundreds of renditions of Ranch Snack Mix out there... and frankly, most are underwhelming, so infrequently boasting much flavor. I promise you, you will not miss the flavor in a handful of this snack mix! With a little help from store-bought ranch dip seasoning and a healthy splash of Worcestershire sauce, my Ranch Snack Mix is absolutely addictive.

I'm making this Ranch Snack Mix on repeat this summer. It's salty, crunchy and the perfect accompaniment to a poolside cocktail. Plus, it's easily made in big batches and great for sharing.

Ranch Snack Mix

Ingredients

·       3 cups cheese crackers (Cheez-Its, Goldfish, etc)

·       2 cups pretzels (sticks or twists)

·       2 cups Chex cereal

·       1 ½ cups Cheerios cereal

·       1 cup mixed nuts (peanuts, cashews, pistachios - optional)

·       4 tbsp butter, melted

·       1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

·       2oz ranch dip seasoning mix

·       2 cups crunchy Cheetos

Preheat oven to 300F.

Combine cheese crackers, pretzels, Chex cereal, Cheerios, and nuts, if desired, in a large bowl.

Whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and ranch dip mix in a small measuring cup or bowl. Drizzle the butter mixture evenly over the snack mix. Toss the snack mix until all ingredients are coated in the butter.

Scatter the snack mix evenly across a sheetpan lined with parchment paper.

Bake the snack mix for 10 minutes. Toss the snack mix with a spatula. Bake for another 5 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow the snack mix to cool completely. Return the snack mix to the bowl and combine with the Cheetos. Transfer the mix to an air tight container.

Makes ~10 cups snack mix

Gluten Free Friendly!

Simple Mills Pop Its make for a great cheese cracker for this snack mix. Snyder’s makes my favorite GF pretzels.
