Food is my love language. Perhaps it’s just the fat girl in me coming out to play, but I’m my happiest when filling wine glasses and diving into a beautiful cheese board surrounded by family and friends.

Weeknight meals, and even weekend celebrations, should be simple to prepare and easy to gobble up. The days of fine china and white linen tablecloths are long gone, so chuck those along with your preconceived notions of stodgy dinner parties.
